If you are coming from an OSX computer, you can use the very cool OSX 
setup assistant.... it will move everything over for you from your 
older computer.   It saved me hours of work and worked perfectly for 
me.  It will not work if your older computer is before OSX (not sure 
how far back it goes in versions)

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
