Apple Logic Pro /LogicExpress Discussion

Talking about lawsuits, Apple (Beatles) is already going to court (and will
almost assuredly win) against Apple (Mac) over the iPod and iTunes store.
(I'm not sure if it includes both). I would not be surprised if Apple
(Beatles) would make a similar move on Logic as it is certainly targeted
toward the music industry and I believe that the only reason Apple (Mac) can
now use that name is because of an agreement reached with the Beatles that
they would never get into that market under the Apple name.
