Apple Logic Pro /LogicExpress Discussion

Having a setup that does not require video monitors...and am ready to
"pull the trigger" on Logic and would like to get some feedback or
views on using one (1) 30" video monitor, or two (2) smaller ones. 

While we're on the subject, do people find an application to use more
than 2?
