First of all, I would suggest a decaf. Yahoo makes the rules for these lists. 
You might be thinking of the majodomo type lists where you sent messages but 
that does not work on Yahoo, and I have not seen any thing you have written 
before. No one can sign you up unless you take some action - otherwise spammers 
would be signing us all up to all kinds of lists - wweightloss programs, 
viagra pills, stock hunches, eastern european porno sites. Just follow the 
directions in the last message - which apply to all groups - and manage your 
membership in that way. And do try to have a nice day... smile and take a deep breath!
