Hi, have a look at dsp quattro, its made by one of the makers of DSound Pro (Great OS9 
editor) its what I use, it doesn't natively support exporting to mp3 but you can use a 
(freeware) 3rd party quicktime 'plug' (lame encoder or similar) to do it from its export 
menu (have to download it seperately). It can use AU/VST plugins for rendering as well as 
the ability to use AU/VST instruments. Its a great editor that offers lots of facets for lots of 
different editing needs (hardware sampler transfer etc.) Its not really a 'single window' 
editor but it'll do pretty much any job you want it to including cd burning. Try the demo 
and see if it suits you.
