Hi Chaz,
Either;
'harddrive'>Library>Audio>Plugins>Components (for system level)
or
'harddrive'>Users>'yourusername'>Library>Audio>Plugins>Components (for user level)

Although (unless there is a very good reason not to) I'd strongly suggest keeping all your 
plugs in one or other, not both. You can get some very annoying issues if you have the 
same plugin in both folders.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
