I read one of the British music magazines tonight - i think Sound on Sound - and they said they got a lot of emails from people unhappy with L7 and printed one as a representative sample - which was a nightmare. This guy said L7 crashed so bad he couldn't even restart his computer. I've never had that happen - although I often have Logic crashes which lock up the machine and require a reboot, and then the audio driver is out, and I have do some maintence (as I have mentioned before) - so it takes that and two reboots to get it back on track.

By the way, does anyone use Cameleon? If I import a bitmap image, it crashes right off the bat and will take logic down (L7).

And does anyone use Waves in OS 9? As soon as I authorized the disk, I started getting strong digital distortion on Waves plugs and others at times too - but not on the native Emagic plugs (L6.4 on 9.22).
