I use Roxio Jam, but it requires either separate files for the tracks, or SDII regions delimiting the tracks. I never get pops because I put a fade at the beginning and end of each track. I have tried using Bias Peak for this, but it's harder to use than Logic + Jam. If you want one program to do this task though, Bias Peak may be it. - Stoney
