Hey Tim,

You didn't mention what's your usual track/plug count... What plugs? 
Computer too slow?.. I am still on a dual G4 and I'm yet to see this 
message (knock on wood :-) )... And may I ask why in the world you 
have 24-bit recording unchecked =-O ?!
