I have a G5 dual, and I get that warning at times. Its not so much the number
of plugs as which plugs. For example, I almost never use that Sculture plug
as it is so intensive. Other things like Garritan seem to take a lot of ram and
  cause problems at times.

By the way, I checked my older Logic songs made v5 and v6 but opened in v7,
and I don't see anything strange in the song settings or tuning table. I think
Logic just has bugs. I know for a fact, that logic song files can get
corrupted, so its probably a good idea to make a new file, and just copy over what I
  need.
