Yup, and I ordered it. The only thing I had any apprehension about is that I have the old blue Emagic XS-Key (authorized for Mac 5.5.1, as well as Windows). So as long as this upgrade path will work with that key, I should have no problem. Clearly, the upgrade is for Logic 5 Gold/Plat --> 7, and that's what I have.
