Region/s Repeat

Hey,

    Just discovered another time saver.  In order to repeat a region or regions I used to select, 
copy/paste, paste, paste, paste, paste ......


     But under the arrange window's "region" menu there is a "repeat regions" option.  You just 
enter "47" or whatever, and voila!
