I'm guessing the original region is one bar long since you didn't specify. Option click the 
4th loop first, then option click the 3rd loop. The fouth newly converted region can then 
be looped again by simply hitting "L" for loop, and the 3rd one can be edited 
independantly.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
