Apple Logic Pro /LogicExpress Discussion

I think pitch bend is a midi command that goes -64 to + 64 or something likes 
that (128 range). However, the keyboard itself will set the range of the 
pitch bend. Sometimes its a whole step or sometimes an octave. So its a 
combination of Logic and the device. Even different patches on the same synth will have 
different settings for the pitch bend range.
