Alan,

I'm looking at some Beyerdynamic sets to replace various
older, less-than-great-shape phones.

Their mics sound great (or at least the one that I have), and
their headphones are modular: Cables, pads, etc., are replaceable.

I hate tossing things because one aspect has died.
