When you save in Logic, it's in a new format, a bundle format, ends
with .logic in the project name. There's even no other way than to
save everything as projects, which I really like, as having multiple
options in earlier Logic was confusing, and a project folder makes
most sense concerning backups and sharing. --Kent

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
