Well I can tell you the compressors sound a hell of alot clearer and not 
as smeared and muddy as they used to. The new types to choose from blow 
the older 'Platinum' algorithm out of the water as well.. Really loving 
the VCA one right now.. Still wary of doing to much right now though as 
both of my macs I use are barely hanging on (dual 867 believe it or not 
and a dual 1.6 upgraded machine)..
