I am also changing from G5 to Mac Pro - and thats more of a hassle - there 
are plenty of legacy plugs that no longer work - and so its hard to get the 
patches. For example, I am updating from Absynth 3 to 4 to be able to run on Mac 
Pro - but it won't recall the Abs 3 patches saved. I think I am going to have 
run Logic 7 on an imac G5 just to get the patches, to re-create things on the 
Mac Pro with Logic 8.
