Apple Logic Pro /LogicExpress Discussion

I know the the issue is not in Logic express , but I was wandering if
anyone else has seen the same issue.  I just updated Tiger to 10.4.11
and ilife 08.  After this, I have a weird reverb and static issue with
My Behringer USB interface whether I am in Logic, Garageband 08 or
Audacity.  All recordings are unuseable.  I have already posted on the
Apple forums, but was
wondering if anyone has had this.  I also read that this issue is
affecting Leopard on all recording software.
