Why do you need to burn a CD in order to produce an mp3 from Logic?  Have
you tried the File >> Bounce command, choosing MP3 as the preferred method
of export?  You can just save the bounced mp3 anywhere on your hard drive,
and then upload it to the Internet or drag it into iTunes.  Whatever you'd
like.  If Logic crashes when you do that, try exporting to AIFF (using the
same procedure, but selecting AIFF instead of MP3) and then using iTunes to
convert to MP3.
