Re: [Logic_Cafe] Re: Quantize by Percent in Logic 8?

2008-02-18 by Jeffrey Curtis

Pete,

So here's what I'm doing. I have Drum Core being triggered by midi
files. I have Drum Core laid out in separate Rewire tracks (they
appear as audio tracks, but they have no input since they are rewire
tracks.) My question is: do I just set the output on the rewire track
as a bus track (say, kick set up to bus 2) and they create a new audio
track and put its input as bus 2? This is what I did and it seems to
work. I just want to make sure I'm doing it correctly and that I'm not
going to screw something up by doing it in this fashion. I admit, this
is cool. I don't remember being able to do this in 7. Thanks for the
tip. I realize you were saying it inadvertently, but I hadn't noticed
that this was possible. I'm jazzed to see this. Thanks.
