If you just want to use the keyboard to play soft synths within Logic, you just need to connect the Juno via MIDI to the Fast Track, and of course, the FT to the computer via USB, then do what Greg says regarding the Audio MIDI Setup program found in the Utilities folder in your applications folder. If you also want to play back MIDI sequences using the sounds on the Juno, then the audio outputs need to go into your mixer or whatever monitor system you are using. If you also want to record the sounds from the Juno, then the audio outs from the Juno should go into the FT, then use the headphone out or main outs for monitoring. Someone may already have created an environment for that keyboard with all patch names already entered.
