I´ve defaulted all tracks in my autoload to disable transpose.

A slight variation on this is to select all, press "E" to go to the
event list and move any one of the notes up or down the number of half
steps to achieve your desired transposition. It's a little more
accurate than doing the same things from the arrange window.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
