Hi..
OK most of what you have listed below as easy in Sibelius.
You can add a key sig without doing a transposition (but you can also
choose to transpose if you want),
dragging notes/groups of notes is easy (by mouse or keyboard command),
copy and past is simply select and click a key or mouse click,
tempo entered once is enough
there is a chord symbol plug-in.. pretty good not 100% but is maybe
90% but does take context into consideration
page and system break are a breeze.. just select the bar where you
want the break and tell Sib what type of break you want.
If you get the demo run quickly through the video examples (available
from the help menu you will get productive in less than 20 minutes.
If in doubt join the Sib Yahoo group and simply ask the guy's and gals
there will more than willingly help.
