Of course. However, you have to configure the arrange page to show 
lock/unlock status. I used to lock tracks at times, but later when I wanted to do 
something, I had to reconfigure that column so it got to be a hassle not to mention 
Logic's warning messages about this. There may be a key command too - open the 
kc window and type "lock" into the search window.
