Cool Chuck...

I wasn't trying to do it anywhere else but the Temp track under 
Global tracks. My difficulty was trying to draw the curve without 
first opening the Tempo operations window. It wasn't until I went 
back to the manual that I opened it and voila!

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
