I run both Logic and Pro Tools.
Logic I love:
- Space Designer
- Other effects (exciter, delay designer, etc)
- Comp swiping (yes I know this is in PT 8)
- Guitar/Bass Amp
- The virtual instruments!!!
- Surround Sound out of the box
- Bouncing "offline" (not in real-time) great for longer projects.
Pro Tools I use for:
-Better DSP with compression and EQs (IMHO)
-Beat detective (audio quantizing)
- Audio sounds more smooth to me.
