Re: [Logic_Cafe] Re: Doubling when monitoring

2009-03-06 by charles shriner

1. CueMix is muted.
2. Input track on L8 is record enabled and software monitoring is on.
3.Through the headphone output of the ultralite I hear two copies of
the signal.
4. Through main outs on the speakers I only hear a single signal.
5. I've not had this happen before.

Same issue with Ableton Live, Peak 6, Garage Band.

After some time with MOTU, Apple and Ableton;
MOTU said it was an Apple issue.
Apple said it was a MOTU monitoring problem and the main out signal
was getting bussed to the headphone output twice.
Ableton said it is a MOTU issue.

Anyway, I'm going to get back with MOTU in the morning.
