Its $199 upgrade. It seems as if the only new plugins are the guitar related ones - Amp Designer and the Pedalboard stompbox collection. The Amp designer is nice - I'm not sure how much new stuff the Pedboard stomp box stuff will give you if you aren't a guitar playing vintage gear specialist. The examples do sound pretty nice, though. It also seems that Mainstage has basically had the features added that it needed to become really useful - backing tracks, rewire, inbuilt recording, etc. Cheers David
