What's an IAC driver?

I was looking into doing this (PT and Logic at the same time) between two computers.  Pretty cool that you figured out how to do this "in the box"!!

FYI    MMC (MIdi Machine Control) is for transport controls and still can be used (with my Yamaha 01v I do that sometimes).
