Thanks, Steve. Yes, I was dragging it to a midi track and when I put it in an audio track, it played back fine. That seems weird to me (that it would be an audio track) but I'm just learning and sometimes things don't make sense until you get used to them.
Thanks again for the helpful and quit response. Now I've got a whole day to play!

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
