Ok,

Once Logic Pro is installed in the applicatios folder, don't move or rename it. If you need it in another location, create an alias that you can move that where you want.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
