Hi Gregory,
Saw this too with my older rig.
I think its Akoustik thats being the issue.
NI has discontinued Akoustik as we know it, but has melded it into Kontakt 4. All the samples, patches and features are there inside of Kontakt.
See if you can get an upgrade to it or if downloading the Kontakt 4 player, and pointing its sample database to the location of the Akoustik samples are works for you.
