I, too, experience a "transpose bug". I haven't done the work to figure out exact circumstances prior, but just when I least expect it (and always with someone who's doing vocals in the room), track(s) will mysteriously change in pitch. The notes are the same, and no transpose has been selected or displayed. The part(s) go up by one or two semitones. I find that quitting and restarting Logic fixes this.
