I, too, experience a "transpose bug".
I'm glad I'm not alone and sane afterall. I first noticed this when I had the global harmony track active, and I transposed some parts even a fifth or so. Later other sequences were not sounding as played, and I saw in the transpose track that there were all kinds of changes. However, now I keep the transpose track locked and closed, but the same thing keeps happening.
