tiger and widgets

There is been widespread notices that Widgets can be used in virus like ways to cause havoc. Also developers have been given Tiger 10.4.1 which fixes some known bugs, so we can probably expect that to be released to us soon.

The issue is that the version of Safari that ships with 10.4 will
automatically install any dashboard widget that you download, so if someone
writes a malicious widget and puts it up on a web page to automatically
download, anyone who visits that web site will have the malicious widget
added to their Dashboard Widgets.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
