Converting from Windows 5.5 - issues

When loading an .lso from windows Logic 5.5 I lose the plu-in presets even for Logic plug ins. They come as as X out's showing ASIO drivers (from the Windows PC) When I pick core audio for the track, the plug in info goes away. Anyone have similar experiences? Thanks, Paul
