Go to the menu option to make it re-scan the AU. It will ask if you want to 
quit Logic, say yes. Then after it scans it will give you a gray list of all 
the AU's and their results. In some cases, you can select one, and individually 
re-scan it. Sometimes this gets it working. Otherwise, you may have to 
uninstall that plug and re-install, or update to a newer version of it.

I found recently when I bought Battery, that I had to visit NI for an OSX AU patch to correct 
the exact problem you are talking about. When I did this, Battery was authenticated by the 
AU manager... I'm not sure about the other Plug-ins you are having issues with though.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
