I've downloaded it but haven't had time to install it. I don't even know
what it it suppose to do. So tell me what does it do and how is it used.

It combines a visually nice level meter with some techy signal flow control. You can pretty 
much do anything it does with the Gain plugin which already ships with Logic, though you 
may find you prefer Sonalksis' level meter if you don't already have a supplemental level 
meter plugin (EG - I have EA's Inspector XL). Very cool for a free plug, but Logic's got its 
features covered. Smaller music/sound programs may not have such features built-in and 
the plugin will be of benefit there.

This will be cool for Tracktion users. Although I think Tracktion is 
proud  to be mixerless..

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
