Melodyne Plug-in, not unlocking

Hi All, anyone here using the Melodyne plug-in? I downloaded but the License Key i have, generated via their website does not unlock it, so i can't use. not feeling too hopeful about getting tech support for this. just wondering if anyone has had the same experience.
