Cool Podcasts For the Recording Enthusiast

Cool Podcasts For the Recording Enthusiast

2007-03-16 by pete_buchwald

Hey Friends,

I've been listening to these while in the car, cleaning the studio (how does it get so
cluttered in here so quickly?), and other such times.

The Project Studio Network - general news about audio and small studio stuff. Very
helpful in learning about small budget resources, and helpful with reviews, and general
chatter. Has some humor and entertainment value as well.

Sounds Good - This guy is out of europe, maybe Germany? And does a lot of his work
in Logic, shows some cool little tricks! His podcast also has video/slide images in it, I
nearly crashed my car glancing down at the podcast screen on my laptop playing in the
car.

There are other resources listed at the Project Studio Network website.

I have iTunes subscriptions to both of these, but I'm sure you could listen to them in
other ways as well.

I agree, these podcasts are excellent, free resources.

Thanks for suggesting Sounds Good, it's great. i hadn't heard that one. now i've gone
through 3 in a day. no matter how much you know about Logic and all it's plug-ins,
there's more to learn.

I'm a big fan of SonicState.com podcast.

here's a link to a page that lists them all

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
