Really. Im using it on a G4 powerbook with logic and Bias Peak and  
also on a Dual G5 1.8 with both as well (UAD 1) with no (beyond  
usual) problems. Latest pro app support.

Same here, Im actually taking a break from mixing on my dual G4 right  
now in 10.4.9/Logic Pro 7.2. The problem the article refers to is  
simply that the internal speaker volume was too loud after the  
update. Theres no mention of any 'audio problems' other than the  
hardware. And I seriously hope no ones mixing and monitoring off that  
internal speaker hehe.  From the sound of it, its probably just going  
to be a patch, not a new point release.

No problems here either (and I've not noticed any internal speaker
misbehavior BTW :-) , or were they talking about McIntels only?). Dual G4
867 (MDD).

Good call I was going to mention that important little detail and  
forgot!
Yeah its Intel mac only it seems.. Still running a dual 1.6 G4 over  
here.. :D

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
