Apple Logic Pro /LogicExpress Discussion

I have Logic express 6.4 and M-audio Keystation 49e for the life of me I get get any 
sounds I see the level readings but no sound any suggestion?

there can be several possible problems. first you need to set some virtual 
synth, and then see if it sounds (make a matrix window and write some notes). If 
you can hear the notes then thats fine. If not, then see what is going on 
with the audio. Next, you need to have the midi on the channel and keyboard and 
interface agree in some way. there are many ways to doing it though.
