audio file location / screensets / overloads

audio file location / screensets / overloads

2007-10-19 by GAmoore@aol.com

I can't find a way to set the audio recording path. it seems to force you to
keep the audio with the midi file. Is that right?

Also, when I imported my keycommands, none of the screen sets worked - I had
to go in and set them manually.

Also, I am getting audio overload messages with two audio files and two plug
ins - running on a brand new Mac Pro quad. There must be something wrong here.

Greg

You're talking about Logic 8, Greg? You can't do Audio-->Set Audio
Record Path (keycommand A by default) any more?

As for overloads -- I had that problem at first with my MBP. It went
away after I turned off overload messages and did all the Pro App
updates.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
