Apple Logic Pro /LogicExpress Discussion

Hey, I'm having a problem saving a bunch of regions as audio files.   
I select the regions I want to save, which in this case is 480 of  
them, and it says "480 Selected", but when I select Save Regions  
As..., it says "1720 Regions to be saved".  If I save anyway, it  
starts with an unselected region from a different audio file in the  
bin.  Usually when I save, quit and relaunch, it will do it  
correctly.  Sometimes I just have to keep trying until it saves the  
right number.  Anyone else experience this?  It happened with v.7.x  
as well.
