Apple Logic Pro /LogicExpress Discussion

This isn't a logic question, but I'm going to use my old Quicksilver  
G4 as a DVR, and can use the built-in headphone out, an old Audiowerk  
2 card, or my RME Hammerfall lite for audio out.  I think the  
Hammerfall is overkill for and I guess I will be selling it (with  
tears in my eyes!), but does the Audiowerk offer any advantage over  
the built-in audio on my G4?  Anyone know?

I use the Audiowerk2 with Logic Pro on a MDD G4/1.2 2gb ram, AMT8. 
Frankly, never thought about trying onboard audio but believe audiowerk2 
should be a little better.
