frozen tracks sound worse?

frozen tracks sound worse?

2008-03-20 by GAmoore@aol.com

A number of people on gearslutz are saying that Logic uses different methods
for the audio of frozen tracks and non-frozen tracks (with the frozen ones
sound worse).

Same about EXS24 VS audio tracks. Do a little experiment: create an
EXS instrument with all filters wide open, use a drumloop or anything
you want, now play that instrument on one track and drag the same file
to another one so that you hear one after the other... Is it me or
does anyone else hear the difference?

Best,

Andy

Are you guys talking about Logic 8?
I never really found that on L7 (which I am on...)
