Marcos Maniacs

Dear All,

Indeed Klaus' collection is very impresive and without doubt the most 
comprehensive collection of early Marcos cars. It would be interesting to 
find out which others are around. A few gullwings were raced in the eighties 
and nineties in the UK, but if these are still around, I don't know.

Especially the Ugly Duckling of John Sutton might be intesting for the US 
members, as it is thought to be around in the States. Do we have any 
Japanese members who could be of any help?

I hope to compile a full spreadsheet on the history of the early cars. I 
have done quite a bit of work on the Fastbacks overview already but it is a 
very very big puzzle, with a lot of blancs and missing links.

I know there a still a couple of cars literally lying in barns, and maybe 
there are more out there. It would really be a shame if more of these unique 
cars get lost or remain unrestored.
