Thanks for the info. I found a new set of points and a new distributor cap that I forgot I had so am in good shape for now. I am going to check out the Pertronix Ignition though, as I just installed an electric fuel pump and for the first time now have decent fuel pressure to work with so any extra spark will be a bonus.
I also just installed a new set of 205/60R13 Sumitomo HTR4 tires and love them. They are speed rated to 134mph, handle very very well, have a tread pattern for all seasons for those that drive in the rain, and the tread looks like old dirt track tires which really suits the period of the car and look great as well. I did not pick up any additional ground clearance but also no extra weight either.
