It is Bosch, the rotor turns ccw, I don't know what pont set, it has both vacuum advance and retard.

Larry, I am a Lumenition agent (and Mini Marcos owner).  I\ufffdve been watching your comments regarding the request for Pertronix info.

 

Lumenition lists about 6 Volvo 6 cyl engines distributors.  However, your distributor number does not match up (142001) to any of those listed.  So, I might be able to help if you can answer these questions:  Is it Bosch?  If so, does it have a right-hand or left-hand pivot pin?  Do you know if the points would be # ZKB78 or ZKB112?  Does it have vacuum advance or not?  Does it have vacuum retard?

Thanks for the reply. I called Performance Depot and they said send the whole distributor and they would try to fit it.The list the 003 model but not mine (142001).

I don't realy want to trust my only distribubtor to the mails or shipping for fear of loss.

The 2005 Pertronix catalog doesn't list anything for the Volvo six.  www.pertronix.com 

 

For my Ford Essex V6, I got the part # from UK and then had it ordered here in the US.  Pertronix would not do it for me (said it was European part).  I called www.cbsperformance.com and they got it for me in short order.
